Product Description:
SNF is made of naphthalene, sulfonic acid, formalin and alkali, through sulphuration, hydrolyzation, condensation and neutralization reaction. It have powder and liquid form.
Performance:
SNF have advantage of :no chloride,good dispersion, water reduction and early-strength effect,good dispersion, water reduction and early-strength effect,without air entraining , no corrosion on steel bars , good compatibility with portland cement

1.Solid content:92% min
2. PH Value: 7-9.
3. Moisture Content: Powder < 8%.
4. Solid content: Liquid 40% ±2%(Liquid form)
5. Fineness: Powder 0.315mm residue on sieve < 15%.
6. No chloride salt. No corrosion on steel bars.
7. Sodium Sulfate: SNF-A< 5% (high concentration powder). 
8. Liquidity of Cement Paste ≥ 220mm.
9. Ratio of Bleeding: ≤ 90%.
10. Water Reduction: 20%-25%.
11. Air Content: ≤ 3%.
Packing and Storage:
1,Powder pack: woven fabric bag with plastic liner. Net weight: 25kg±0.1kg or 50kg±0.2kg or 650kg±1.0kg Liquid pack: airtight plastic or iron drums, or tank car in bulk.     
2,It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry. It remains effective in two year. After the expiration date, it can be used again if the testing results fall within the established range.
